We understand that no project is the same and each requires its own method, however we do have a structured process on which we base the work. We believe that our process gives you the client a clear understanding of your position, costs involved, time scales and the sign off eliminating any unwanted surprises along the way to either party.

Our process breaks down into the following four stages:

1 Briefing and quote
2 Concept generation
3 Final concept sign off
4 Implementation

1 Briefing and quote

If this is the first time we have worked with you, we would like to find out as much about you as possible. For instance; who you are, what you do, how you do it and where you want to go with it?

We would then like to chat about the brief. Following this we will go away and create a quotation. Once this has been agreed we will draw up a contract outlining exactly what you are paying for and what we are to deliver.

2 Concept Generation

Firstly, with all our new knowledge about you, we do our research about your target market, their trends and their culture. We then research your competitors to find out what they do and how they do it. With this information we create new ideas that should be spot on.

Next, we can start the creative process. Pencil and paper to begin with generating the initial ideas and then working them up on screen to a good standard for initial client presentation. We will then email these to you for your comments.

3 Final concept sign off

After we have sent you the initial designs we will talk you through them and the rationales behind the ideas. We then like to get your feed back. At this stage there should be a couple of ideas that stand out. Then we find out what you feel needs to be refined or developed as this enhances your relationship with the end product.

We will then work in your suggestions/amendments that should result in the final successful design.

4 Implementation

Now that the final concept is signed off, we will then go ahead and implement it.

Once we have finished we will send you a final proof of the design for sign off. Only once this has been agreed will we send to print or publish live on the web.

At this point we can all celebrate a successful working partnership and job well done!
